Are you based in WA?
Yes we are. We are a family owned business run out of Perth WA.
Do you do work outside of WA?
At the moment we only do work within WA. However we are aiming to expand within the near future.
How do i pay my outstanding bills?
There a couple of options you can use to pay your bills.
- Give us a call on 1300 737 225 and ask to speak to our accounts department and they will be able to do it all over the phone.
- Go to our support page and click on the 'pay my bills' drop down. Through this you will be able to pay your bills on your computer.
How do i update or change my contact details?
If you would like to change or update your contact details, you have two options;
- Give us a call on 1300 737 225 and ask to speak to our accounts department or director. They will ask you for a voice code to verify your identity.
- Go to our support page and click on the 'update my details' drop down. Through this you will be able to update your details. Please make sure you specify clearly what details you would like changed or updated and ensure you have your voice code on hand so we can verify your identity.
How much do you charge for labour?
At Austech Surveillance and IT all our prices vary on individual factors. We charge $140 an hour as a general labour fee, this is charged in 15 minute blocks so you only pay for the time our technicians are with you. Remember this is only a guide and prices will vary depending on work and equipment required.
