How do I change my user code?
If you go to the support page, click on alarms and then scroll down to the bottomof the page, you will find links to handbooks which will guide you step by step how to change your user code. All you have to do is click on the link relevant to your alarm system.

How do I change my contact details?
Go to the support page and click on the 'update my details' lik. You will be directed to a page with a form for you to fill out. Please specify in your message what details you want to be updated/changed and allow 1-2 working days for the changed to take effect. Make sure you have your voice code so we can identify you.

Can CCTV help combat employee theft?
CCTV is able to help combat employee theft yes, although it will not stop it.
I have an old analogue system, am I able to upgrade it to a new IP system?
Yes, certainly. Give us a call on 1300 737 225 and one of our friendly staff will be able to help you.

Why does my alarm keep beeping?
The most common reason why you're alarm system may be beeping is due to the red power light flashing which usually indicates that the back-up battery in your alarm panel requires replacing. This can be solved by a simple service call from one of our friendly technicians.

Why can't I connect to my CCTV system remotely using my mobile device?
In most cases, something has changed in your internet modem, or you have maybe changed service providers at the premises where the CCTV system resides. These changes will stop the ability to see your cameras remotely. To solve this one of our service technicians would need to reconfigure your modem settings to allow the remote access to work again.
